Trust and Inventor Revenue Sharing Agreement
An agreement exists between Most NHS Trusts in the north of England and RTC North regarding revenue sharing from any sucessful commercialisation of an invention or idea.
Guidance from the Department of Health suggests that Trusts adopt a policy of revenue sharing with their employess when an invension or idea is sucessfully commercialised.
As and when we are notified of each trust policy on revenue sharing it will be added to the table below
